Andres Aquino’s Magical Muse Collection

I can’t think of a better time to have Couture Fashion Week, than on the same day as my sister’s birthday. Before I started blogging, it was my sister who first encouraged me to get into the fashion world. Back then she had heard about a fashion show that was looking for volunteers. Back then I didn’t think I was good enough. Who would want me? What did I have to offer? Would they even pick me?

My sister is the one who told me to go for it. The opportunity? To be a volunteer for Couture Fashion Week. I went for it. I was a volunteer for Couture Fashion Week. That was the first time I ever did anything in the fashion world. Today, I’m a valuable member to their press. I haven’t missed a show in almost a decade.

Couture Fashion Week has always been one of my favorite fashion shows to attend. Andres Aquino is one of the most brilliant, unique and special fashion designers that I’ve seen. His shows are a combination of the arts, glamour and fashion. This fashion show was dedicated to celebrating his 39th season, Magical Muse. I don’t know who the muse is but, I can tell you the show was magical.
